Help! I am a newbie—but one with moxy. I have a Letter of Offer from an AList director for my screenplay. Craig Emanuel of Loeb & Loeb is interested in repping me—BUT—-needs his fee which is reasonable.
I have already done the back end, did the location deals and this film will be shot within 30 days, for a very low budget and self-funding as much as possible.
But I still need that investor with the seed money—to start the motor. I also would like to have an investor that would really like to be a partner as I have two other works with similar interest.
Please advise.
Thanks
Linda Lane
Hi there Linda,
You sound like you are in an almost perfect position. Money and a great director for a script, but one last bit to go. I will send Tom Malloy your message and see what his advice is and then get back to you soonest.
Thanks for being part of the team!
Regards,
Tim

hi there David,
Thanks for the message! It is good to see so many people getting film finance organized.
I would be really interested to see the project, however at present I am not so much providing finance as finding solutions to our finance problem by interviewing experts in our chosen passion!
But I am super happy to hear from you and your projects….
Maybe I can setup an area on the site where we swap info and project details
Look forward to hearing from you soon!
Tim
